The HCD Overview & Appreciation serves as an introduction to HCD within LISTEN in order to sensitize the audience with a typical goal of seeking support and assistance with HCD efforts in their community and/or organization
Length: 1-2 hour session
Audience: Ideal when introducing HCD for the frst time with audiences such as high-level leadership,stakeholders, partners, etc
Prerequisites: None – No previous HCD knowledge needed
